Return To Play Soccer During Current Covid-19 Phase
For Coach and Player Safety

1. Follow all local and state guidelines for outdoor events.

2. Coaches will ask each player if they have a fever, or have been in contact with anyone that
was diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last 14 days, or had symptoms of COVID-19 (fevers, chills,
cough, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, runny nose, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or loss of
taste or smell).

3. If symptoms are present, the player should not participate in practice or games  and  shall
be  sent  home  with  their  parent  and  should  see  a physician for evaluation and testing.

4. The Roster size and playing formats have been reviewed both to maintain a competitive
structure and to allow for flexibility.

5. Players shall bring their own water bottle, shoes, soccer ball and other personal
equipment  and  shall  not  share  water  or  drinks  with  other players.

6. No handshakes.  No walk outs.  No close team huddles.  A separate form of  goal
celebration  and  team  sportsmanship  with  no  contact  will  be created.

7. No spitting on field during game. Spitting will result in automatic removal from the field.

8. Players must always keep proper social distance from referees. Only a team  Coach  can
approach  the  referee  to  ask  questions  and  gain clarification.

9. Teams  must  leave  the  field  immediately  after  their  game  concludes. Teams will have
3 minutes to vacate the bench area and leave the field.

10. Game time slots are lengthened between games so that an incoming team has little chance of
personal contact with a team that just played.

11. Each Coach shall wash each soccer pennie after every use.
